Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Include original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” at purchase) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return online:
- Log in to your trendsplussize.com account
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select items for return and follow instructions
- Prepare your package:
- Include the completed return form
- Securely repackage all items
- Ship your return:
- US customers: Use our prepaid return label
- International customers: Ship with your preferred carrier (return shipping at your expense)
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 7-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees deducted (except for defective/wrong items)
Exchange Policy
For fastest service, we recommend:
- Returning your original items for a refund
- Placing a new order for desired items
Note: Direct exchanges are not available due to inventory limitations.
International Returns
- Customer responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
- Refunds issued in original currency
- Use trackable shipping method (we’re not responsible for lost returns)
Damaged or Defective Items

- Incorrect items
- Damaged merchandise
- Defective products
Please include photos of the issue for prompt resolution.
